Your Vision - You should always have a huge vision that you want to reach and be able to believe in this vision within just a couple days of working for any company. This means that you should completely believe in their products, services, or other items. If not, then this is not the right place for you in any form.
Daily Routines - Set up a daily routine that you follow with a strict passion. From the time you get up to the time that you quit working for the day, you should have a solid routine that you don't ever deviate from. Once you have this set up, make sure that you have it split for your team: one routine for full time and one for part time employees.
Training - Everyone hates to sit through long, boring training seminars, however, you can easily create smaller training programs that can boost your team and your profits. With the right training, you and your team can stay on top of the latest trends and the latest marketing strategies. You can do things like weekly training calls which will encourage your team to push forward.
Don't Stress Over Team Members - There will always be team members that don't perform as well as you'd like them to. Don't stress over this. By stressing over a team member that isn't as successful as you want them to be, you start to push that stress onto that employee and then onto other employees as well. This can be a killer for everyone - including you - on your team.
Duplication - Always push techniques, attitudes, and other aspects of your marketing and business that you want your team to duplicate. Don't push things that you would not want them to do. Always remember, people join leaders that have duplicate results.
Knowledge Is Key, But Not The Whole Lock - You don't have to know every possible thing about your product, your service, or what you're selling to be a great leader. You need passion, and you need to inspire your team to share that passion.
No matter where you are in the playing field of leadership, inspire your team to be better at everything, empower them to see that they can succeed with marketing and sales instead of trying to know everything about everything and to rule with an iron fist. Be an inspiration to your team and they will duplicate that inspiration in their sales.
